SEC. 73-11-63. Application of provisions to cemeteries, cemetery chapels or cemetery crematories.

Nothing herein shall be construed to authorize the regulation or licensing of cemeteries, cemetery chapels or cemetery crematories by the board, except the regulation or licensing of any funeral establishment operated by a cemetery.
