SEC. 73-11-61. Itemized statement of funeral expenses.

Every funeral director shall provide, prior to the rendering of services, an itemized written statement of all funeral expenses to the person who authorizes the services and is responsible for payment of the expenses therefor, in a manner and in a form to be prescribed by rule and regulation of the board.
